Terms & Conditions
These terms govern your use of the MAKU website and the purchase of products from MAKU. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

General
This website is operated by MAKU S.r.l., Via Montenapoleone 0, 20121 Milano, Italia. By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and that you accept these terms.

Products & pricing
Product descriptions, images and prices are subject to change without notice. Prices are shown in euro and include applicable VAT. We make every effort to display colours and prints accurately, but screen settings may cause slight variations.

Orders & payment
When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation by email. The contract is concluded when we dispatch your order. Payment is processed securely at checkout through our payment provider; we do not store payment card details.

Delivery
We aim to dispatch orders within 1–2 working days. Delivery times and costs are shown on our Shipping page and at checkout. Risk passes to you upon delivery; please inspect your parcel on receipt.

Returns
You may return items within 30 days of delivery in accordance with our Returns page. Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all tags attached. Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receipt and inspection.

Liability & applicable law
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law. These terms are governed by the laws of the country in which MAKU S.r.l. is established, without prejudice to the mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence.
