Returns & Exchanges

We want every MAKU piece to feel right. If it does not, you have 30 days from delivery to return it — free of charge within the EU.

Policy

30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item. Returns are free within the European Union. For returns from outside the EU, the cost of return shipping is deducted from your refund.

Items must be unworn, unwashed and returned with all original tags attached. Fragrance, underwear and items marked as final sale cannot be returned.

Process

How returns work

    Request your return

    Start your return from the link in your order confirmation email. Select the pieces you are returning and confirm.

  2. 02

    Pack your order

    Return the items in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging.

  3. 03

    Ship it back

    Use the prepaid return label included with your order. Drop the parcel at any collection point.

  4. 04

    Receive your refund

    Once your return arrives at our studio, we inspect it and process your refund within 5–7 working days.
